[link] <-- Read Part One of Jack Hare's Story here :D

Jack and his Girl, Bernadette <3. At first, she is disgusted by what happened to him after the race between the Tortoise. She can't believe her once bean-pole husband reflects anything but that. But the curse put on the Hare transforms him in more than one way and Jack learns a valuable lesson in humility. Bernadette also learns the true value of vanity-- and she realizes that Jack is still her man no matter what he looks like.
A couple of stuck up Rabbits that figure out what life's loves should really be.

Jack and his whole story was invented by my neighbor and I-- He's a little strange but I fell in love with the characters :XD:

Tried some new Photoshop effects with this one. Grain effect is nice! Warming up for a kick ass coloring job!

I like the cosiness of these hare characters. this work of yours in particular moved me, for the real emotion it contains.
there is so much I feel and want to express, and in this state and time of my life it just isn't possible.... I feel Bernadettes love very well.

i was checking out your gallery and i think you did interesting shading on this one. i'm trying to do extreme shading as well, gonna post it later when i'm done with the 2nd piece :D

:la: This is absolutely fantastic. Marvelous display of chiaroscuro!

I'm postivally floored by the darker values in this, it works so perfectly, and the lighter areas become so alluring. Beautiful idea as well. The characters Jack and Bernadette are very intriguing, and I love their story.
