Artist's Comments

This is a Map of the island Ting Tang lives on. The neighboring Island, Sakoro, was destroyed by its native volcanoes.
Most of the Landmark names are in Thai and Japanese. They were a lot of fun to translate. :D

Japanese: Takai Hu = Upward River
Japanese: Hugaku = Downward River
Thai: Hidtai = Northern Bay
Thai: Shififudo = Fishing Bay
Japanese: Ochea = Green Lagoon
Japanese: Namaki = Blue Mountains
Thai: Shi Han = Quiet Forest

Very creative work you did there, I am sure it must have been hard to create a landmass shape to look realistic when viewed as a map especially all the little details such as bays, rivers, inlets, spits, peninsulas and mountains that you put into it. Great job!

Cheers, Red. :)

Looks really good :wow: I love how you put all those details and colors, it's like looking at a real map!
And I love how you used those Japanese and Thai names in your rivers and bays and such, they match so nicely :D Great work!

That's awesome, you gave the different landmarks some really cool names, too. :)
