A Decade of Mr. Hollingsworthby ^Katmomma

Mr. Hollingsworth is a very special character to me. He is a caricature of a man who I've learned a great deal from, and he has been a pivotal figure in my artistic development over the past 9 years.

9 years ago, I drew my 7th Grade Reading Teacher as a Cat.
9 years later, I look back on that Cat and how much he has taught me.

I used Mr. Hollingsworth to track my experimentation with different styles and ideas. This goes to show where 9 years of experience has taken me.

I no longer draw Mr. Hollingsworth as his kitty character as often because I've now moved him to my webcomic:

and he appears as his human self. But in honor of Mr. H Kitty, every New Years Eve since 2008, I've been drawing him once again.
